Are you prepared? Scroll down to make sure you have all that you need.

Before you start, have you got these things on hand?

  • Your HOA's registered name and address
  • Your full name and full names of any signers on the account
  • An email address for you and any signers on the account

If you are a property manager you will also need:

  • Your company's registered name and address
This application should take approximately 10 mins

So, what happens after you've applied?

1. Check your email

Check your email; you and any other signers will receive account opening forms by email from DocuSign, fill these in and sign them digitally.

2. We'll talk

A member of our team will introduce themselves, fill in any information gaps, and make sure you’re happy with your choice before opening the account. 

3. It's simple really!

Your account will then be open and ready to use, welcome to Valley Bank!
